Return and Refund

Refund  Eligibility:

  1. 100% refund before before order fullfill shipment (fullfilment means : before logistic pickup package for shipping). Attention this is oversea shipping process, once the order is fulfilled, it can't be cancled and do refund during shipping process. Need to receive package firstly, then run item 2 refund process.
  2. Parital refund:  wronly ordered but fullfilled shipment due to customer's wrong choice, or cancle order but in the shipping way. We only do returned new product refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping and duty that caused accordinlgy. Items must be unused, unwired, and in original packaging to qualify. 

Return

        Return producess depends on product status:

  1.  Products used , but not working . Not working may be caused by customer reason  or product reason. For both status, we require following items to check , and send us mail to run process accordingly .
  • Order No (eg. No9999)
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • A description of your setup (which components, wiring, firmware version)
  • VESC/controller fault logs or error codes where applicable

Any return requirements without this information will be delayed or denied. We determine, at our discretion, whether an issue is a manufacturing defect, normal wear, or caused by installation/misuse — based on inspection of the returned unit.

       2.  Product unused

 Return window time is : in 1 week since your receivement time. You can simply judge   it's fit or not fit your project in one week's consideration. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, regardless of reason.

 

Returns by shipping issue:

The products are shipped from China, we offer both DDU (delivery duty unpaid) and DDP (delivery duty paid). The product price don't include tax.

If you choose DDU, therefore you will be responsible for duties, import clearance and any taxes, we will not pay them. If you or your nominee fail, for whatever reason and through no fault of ours, to pay your import fees, your delivery will automatically be returned to us and you agree we may charge you for the reasonable costs for the return of the Goods and for the storing and redelivering of them.
