Return and Refund

Due to our commitment and focus on repairing or fixing any problems with our products, we do not accept any returns or refunds at this time.

Warranty 

Due to our ESCs(Ubox series products) are based on VESC, it's application are solely determined by its user. We can only guarantee that our ESC will not be dead on arrival (DOA), excludes abnormal operation on it (eg. flahsed wrong firmware in it). The same policy to our other products. Please check the products before your appliction in first time. 

Shippings 

The products are shipped from China, we only deliver by DDU, therefore you will be responsible for duties, import clearance and any taxes, we will not pay them. If you or your nominee fail, for whatever reason and through no fault of ours, to pay your import fees, your delivery will automatically be returned to us and you agree we may charge you for the reasonable costs for the return of the Goods and for the storing and redelivering of them.

We provide different shipping options, including mail post and express，we will not be held responsible for the disappearance of Goods from your property after courier drop off.
